The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. The breakfast was something unique, and you have the opportunity to eat with a unique view of the mountains. I went with my spouse and we get engage there, the experience was amazing because they prepared everything for us, and they were really nice and they were in top of us every step of the preparation.
