All of the staff made my family and i feel so welcomed, comfortable and overall cared for. It felt like they were family or old friends that we had known for years and they did absolutely everything they could to help us all while being super warm and kind. The facilities were also great, the kids loved the pool and sports area, and the breakfast every morning was always super delicious! I would like to thank the staff Hugo, Sully, Carlito and Alberto for the exceptional service they provided us during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay at the Grand Cru Boutique again, we would choose this place over anywhere else!

Colchagua Tiny Lodge se nachází v destinaci Santa Cruz v oblasti O'Higgins a poskytuje neplacené soukromé parkoviště a vířivku. The property was perfectly secluded with great views of the Andes. We were able to use uber to get to all the vineyards we desired while still being able to feel secluded. The view from the hot tub was amazing and the team working there got the perfect balance between making us feel welcome and supported and also giving us space to rest and relax. Love this place definitely the place to stay in Santa Cruz!

Ivan was super helpful and gave us lots of ideas on where to go next. Luna was the best girl we’ve met! The kitchen was so well stocked with equipment and just such a lovely place!

Second time we stay here; now with Kids and grandparents. My father in law present disabilities and this place was really friendly and easy for him to walk to many places without the use of wheelchair, there were no stairs in many places.

We stayed in 7 different accommodations during our trip to Chile and this ranks one of the highest, the breakfast definitely the most original and best. Breakfast was either delivered to your room or enjoyed in the restaurant but it was very traditional with juice, huevos,,local breads, meats and cheese. It was a lot of food to be honest but you didn't need any lunch! Every other hotel did a rather bland array of breads, cheeses, yoghurts and coffee, this was a level above all of those. Each room seemed to have its own very private patio and nature could be enjoyed. The restaurant also did great food and the sunset views made it worthwhile in itself. The facilities were great and the WhatsApp for communication worked perfectly, even down to the video shared before arrival of how to navigate the turn into the lodge. Well done Cuarzo Lodge!

The people who worked there were so kind. We had the most beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed our time in the hot tub. We also really liked having our breakfast delivered in bed!

Just the right mix of luxury and simplicity. Amazing view at the sunset through glass walls. The food basket in the morning was a very nice touch. The person at the reception was kind and helpful and very cool about my payment that wasn't going through. No TV (a projector is in the room in case you are addicted or want to watch a movie). One of the best accommodations I've stayed at in 30 years of international travel (including some very fancy ones).
