Concierge service, personalized assistance, at a comfortable price and trust me, you appreciate the service in China I imagine staying in one of those legendary hotels with a concierge service would feel similar. Both the manager and Mr Tuan at reception provide a service beyond expectations. Whatever you need they will help, from a late arrival, room fixes, local apps usage and general orientation and help all the way to bringing you around in his own private car, researching online, walking you to a restaurant and helping you order, teach you how to eat local foods or take you to a tasting and buying tea session. All with a smile and a great attitude. They also went out of their way to help us organize a next day visit at nearly midnight the day before and order from local websites using their own accounts! The rooms and facilities match the price and could see some renewal but they are completely acceptable. The place is in a quiet area but right next to a street food of exciting eateries and places to go out at night.

The breakfast had a wide variety of local, general Chinese as well as Western food. If, like me, you miss bread while traveling in China, you can have some here :)

Nice location if you want to be at somewhere a bit outside the city. The metro is also very handy via the mall itself. The breakfast is nice as you can order either noodle or wanton. The room is also quite spacious. The free clean and drying services are really helpful.

Best hotel ever stayed. If you get a free room upgrade. Make the most use out of it 😉😉😉Especially when the glass is transparent and you can have the view of the whole city.

Great location, super nice hotel, very nice rooms. You can tell it’s been several years since opening, but still top notch, luxurious. Great beds and sheets.
