The personal is very friendly and attentive, the only drawback ( as it happens often in China) is the language, they barely speak English. The food is very good,the Chinese as well as the western. They offer many in house activities.including a photo session!It is hard to leave the hotel! I recommend it a 100%!!!

Positioned along Taohua River, Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel boasts a Chinese-style courtyard and is located in Lujia Village, just 2 km from downtown Guilin. Beautiful area, and far from city center. Comfortable clean rooms with amenities and nice view. Breakfast was so good and freshly prepared. They provide electric bike and bicycles for guests to use, free of charge. Incredibly attentive and cooperative host, thank you Mr. Xiao. He gifted us watermelon and cookies before taking off to our next stop.
