The modern and luxurious Le Meridien Zhengzhou offers stylish accommodation with free Wi-Fi in public areas. All rooms offer city views and upscale amenities including a coffee machine. The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff and the hotel attendants were all very attentive and pleasant. The subway entrance is right next to the hotel, and a shopping mall. Very convenient. The breakfast selections were very good. We had to leave early to catch a train, they provided nice to-go bags for us to pack our breakfast stuff. A big thanks to the Chief Concierge Mr. Wang, he was so very kind and extremely helpful in making arrangement for us for a full day driver for sight seeing.

Rooms were good size, with picture windows and a superb view over the very nice grounds of the hotel and over to the river. Breakfast was good with a great range and choice from the buffet. Chefs on each station will also help out, with eg making a fresh omelette. Ask for the watermelon juice. The staff noted that it was one of our birthdays during our stay from our check-in details and the hotel provided a good sized birthday cake free of charge, which was a nice touch. The staff all were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Not in walking distance to the mall, but taxi is readily available. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to attend to requests. Breakfast was good
