Everything about this hotel will always bring us memories of boundless happiness. If my family and I are to travel to Changsha again, this shall be our hotel of choice

A truly fantastic stay at Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel! The hotel is luxurious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options. What stood out the most was the staff - they are incredibly professional, helpful, and have good English skills. Their online English service was also a great help for planning our trips. Highly recommended!

Beautifully renovated resort deep in the countryside. Staff were extremely tentative and it felt like guest had a personal concierge. When I sprained my ankle, they even gave me ointment to reduce the swelling. The hotel helped us with booking attractions tickets, advised least crowded routes, arranged for taxi services and were very kind at all times. They organised local activities like pounding mochi and food was abundant and delicious! Room was clean and comfortable.

It is very close to the East Gate of the scenic forest park, almost like being diagonally across the river, about a ten-minute walk. The accommodation environment is excellent. The service is attentive; kids are very happy when taken there. There is a commercial street opposite, and nearby is the Charming Xiangxi performance. The night lighting and scenery are also very beautiful. In short, it is simply wonderful to stay here.
