Nice cabins (just like in the pictures), friendly staff, room service for any meal you want to have in your room. We had the family cabin with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (which we didn’t expect). You can rent jetskis (order upfront as they bring it from somewhere else but it was there for us within 10 minutes). Don’t hesitate to go to Guatapé though to spend time in the village and on the water. It’s so worth it!

No issue with noise at all for us. Would prefer to have Colombia cosmetic brand as eg showergel and shampoo instead of imported french brand. Colombia has great local cosmetic brands 😍
