I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the street and during the weekends there is a lot of noice. I asked for a different room and without any problem I got an Internal Double room which was perfect and very quiet . The reception staff always give you an option to cancel after one night or to change to a different room if there's availability.

Staff were exceptional - extremely efficient, friendly and proactive. We loved the different floor themes, and the rooms were very spacious. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. The bed was the comfiest we had during our time in Columbia. Great view! And after spending a few days in El Poblado it was nice to see a different area, conveniently near Community 13. Also, Marlon was particularly friendly and helpful!

The bartender Sebastian was awesome, always in a good mood and providing top notch service. Definitely worth the visit.
