Pláž Playa La Macha je 2,6 km daleko. the view from my room was just spectacular! i slept with the curtains open at night and was so lucky to witness amazing sunrises. also from the restaurant and reception area,the view of the other the side and sunset was just heavenly. i felt like i was in a cloud! Room was big and great shower. balcony great with hanging chair and cosy couch too.jose from the tour included was very good and charlie was great and gave me a late check out so my daughter could nap. was a fantastic couple days to unwind and connect with nature. saw monkeys, birds , frogs & squirrels. Good breakfast hope to come back one day :)

The room was georgeous and huge, equipped with everything needed. The pool is nice, wifi worked great. The breakfast selection was also fantastic!

If you are looking for paradise, this is the place. You need to stay here! The view is breathtaking and pictures don't do justice to this place. The food was the best we had in costa rica. Yann and Kalu are really amazing and make you feel so confortable. There is nothing to improve as it is already perfect. I will recommend this place to anyone coming to costa rica.

Great location, centrally located if you are there for the waves. Chill apartment 5 minute walk to the beach ( or less). Awesome host, super responsive and easy to chat with. 5 gold stars !

We loved the gardens, the home, the rooms, the lovely dogs Chika and Alaca, the great breakfast Ana made every day - how perfectly clean and serene everything was! We also had a sloth visitor (Alicia) in the backyard every day! I was so happy here I wished I could stay longer! We had a great stay and would love to visit again. Cannot recommend Ana’s place enough.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, offering a delightful taste of local cuisine. And oh, the view! Waking up to the breathtaking vistas from our terrace each morning was simply unforgettable. To top it all off, we even had the incredible experience of sharing breakfast with some curious monkeys. Hotel Belmar truly exceeded all expectations and made our time in Monteverde unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!
