Security was attentive to their duties. The cafeteria servers were quick on the cleanup and removal of your dishes. Sometimes they were too fast. Plenty of food and the facility was well taken care of.

Food, staff, heating swimming pools,spa aquapark were great, we asked for a baby bed and it was there when we asked for it. We were in front of infinity pool with beach view. The music was a bit loud in the afternoon during the activity but it did not bother us. If you want complete silence , ask a room close to the diving center, however you will have to walk a bit more to go to the restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel .

Pickalbatros Sands Port Ghalib se nachází v destinaci Port Ghalib a poskytuje zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a bar. Personál naprosto skvělý, přátelský, nápomocný. Jídlo výborné a bylo z čeho vybírat. Bylo doplněno svačinami, koblížky a zmrzlinou. Večerní program byl úžasný, tanečníkům se vystoupení velmi dařila a my jsme se skvěle bavili. Resort je nádherný, několik bazénů a kousek od moře. Věřím, že to nebyla naše poslední návštěva.

I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! Our family of six loved our stay at Pickalbatros Sea World Resort. The resort is vast, modern, and very well maintained. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating, with a special mention to Mr. Ahmed Elsehemy from the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful, and well-equipped with all the amenities a family needs. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The resort’s pools and water slides were a highlight for our family. The children also had a lot of fun at the VR arcade (included!). There is a wide variety of food options catering to different tastes. We wish we would have stayed longer. We highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We would love to return!
