Joana and Mikel are amazing! Their hospitality is the highlight of the place, despite the late check-in we had due to our work schedule, they welcomed us personally when we arrived and prepared us an incredible hot bath at the garden. We had bad luck running into cloudy and rainy days when we were there, but they recommended us places to visit that suit this weather the best, so that we didn’t get affected much. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the kitchen was fully-equipped which made it easy for us to make some simple meals. You can notice a lot of details they carefully curated for the place and of course we were in love with their appetizing, homemade breakfast (both the presentation of the food and its taste are enjoyable). <3

Situated a short drive from central Vitoria, this complex is well located for the road to Bilbao and the airport. It has free Wi-Fi and a pillow menu in all rooms. Breakfast was great, good coffee, pleasant surroundings, good food, friendly people.

The location was great, a short 10min walk to the old town of La Guardia. We didn't use much of the facilities (pools or spa) as we were only there for a short night. Breakfast was good value, instead of trying to walk back up and find a place to eat in town.

This design hotel is in Villabuena de Álava, in the La Rioja Alavesa Wine Region. There is free WiFi, free public parking and a rooftop terrace with views of the Sierra de la Cantabria Mountains. A really modern building incorporating the history of the area. From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcomed We had an amazing room on the ground floor which was spacious and and luxurious. We had a really large balcony with really comfortable chairs Breakfast was amazing with a great variety to choose from The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious We ate in the dining room one night and this was beautifully cooked and perfectly accompanied by a local wine suggested by our waiter. The staff were all charming and helpful We used this as a site to cycle from and there are plenty of fairly challenging rides near by with really lovely villages to visit

The stunning Hotel Marqués de Riscal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Elciego, is located in Elciego, in La Rioja’s Álava province. The luxury of it all was amazing. The attention to detail, the high quality of its facilities and the very attentive staff.
