The service was exceptional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The evening atmosphere in the dining and bar area is very relaxing. Alberto at the bar gave us a masterclass in Sangria making and we were very grateful for the experience. They limit the time in the spa which was great as it prevented over crowding. Perfect location for lots of attractions, restaurants and public transportation. Over all a very pleasant stay at Seventy Barcelona and will be recommending this hotel to friends in future.

Boutique Hotel Élke Spa Superior offers a buffet or gluten-free breakfast. At the accommodation you will find a restaurant serving Catalan and Spanish cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested. We always enjoy being at Elke Spa. Looking forward to our next visit. Hopefully the restaurant is then open again.

Reception, especially KRISTEL, was magnificent and she made it her mission to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From explaining the area of Barcelona we were in, giving us a map and pointing out nearby highlights, giving us dining tips, and always greeting us with a smile, Kristel is a prime example of excellent customer service and someone who is truly caring and loves their job. We received little handwritten notes from the hotel over the course of our stay and it really shows that the hotel sees you as a GUEST and not just a CUSTOMER. The room itself was amazing and everything was immaculately clean. The room was huge and had a lot of windows letting in natural light. Bed was super comfortable, even the extra bed since we were 3. Breakfast was high quality since it is on an order basis. I actually prefer this to buffet options where the food is oftentimes old, cold, or both. The staff at both breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was equally amazing. Since we do go to Spain often, The One Barcelona will now be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

Among the facilities at this property are a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The apartment has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Great apartment hotel. Room was very spacious and nicely renovated. The kitchen was well appointed and spotless. I had some trouble with the automatic check in system, but despite my late arrival, the staff came and helped out immediately, before I even had to contact them!

Please note that there is no parking at the hotel. We have a nearby parking garage with limited spaces and cannot be reserved; parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
