The apartment was very cozy, super clean and it had everything you can need in a short vacation. Some of the important things even seemed to be new: bed, AC, fridge. The ocean views are gorgeous! The location is great, there are lots of beaches to enjoy nearby, and the town center is only at a 15 min walk of distance. Rachel (our host) was very sweet and helpful - she gave us a short introduction to the town and directions on how to get where the first day, besides showing is the apartment. She was also super diligent solving an issue with one of the AC, she got it fixed within hours which was super appreciated!

Boasting rooftop pool, Villa Habana - Luxury beach apartment with rooftop spa is situated on the beachfront in Mojácar. This apartment features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment has a hot tub. The apartment is stunning and very well presented with modern decor and furniture. There are three terraces to enjoy, and the roof terrace in particular was a lovely place to sunbathe. The roof terrace also has a two person hot tub / jacuzzi which was lovely to relax in during the evening, looking out to the moonlit sea… bliss! The apartment had everything we needed and is in a brilliant location, just off the main road so it was quiet, but walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. The restaurant directly opposite the apartment (Torre Bahia Lounge) was superb. The beach is also just across the road… less than a minute to walk to. Communication with Denis (the host) was very good. For example, there were some local water supply issues in the area during our stay (a local problem that affected neighbouring houses, apartments and businesses) and Denis kept us updated with what was happening. The information provided via WhatsApp before our stay was super helpful, and check-in / check-out was very straightforward. We visit Mojacar regularly as we have friends who live nearby, so we will definitely stay here again! We loved it.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.1 km from Las Salinas. Excellent cleaning. Great positioning, it is actually like 4 minutes walk from the Mall and 7-8 minutes from the beach. Great eye for details that makes you feel like home, specially if you have a more numerous family and kids. The owner, she’s a very nice lady and kind.

The spacious apartment is fitted with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. The unit has soundproofing and a shower. We stayed 4 days at the apartment. It was clean, spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. The host Alberto sent us lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Parking was very secure and the views were stunning. We spent some time at the Moon Spa and Hotel where the food was reasonably priced and very tasty. Thank you Alberto for your warm welcome and helping us out. Can't wait to come back one day.
