The villagers are really friendly and the host, Ricardo, is such a nice guy. His suggestions for excursions were spot on. This has been the most relaxing, stress free holiday in such a long time. Overlooking the Huecar gorge and offering a spa, this hotel is housed in a charming, 18th-century building set in the historic heart of Cuenca. Great views of the gorge from my room. The spa-cave is also really great if you like sauna and/or steam.

We were given 2 bottles of wine free of charge on checking out.
