The position of the hotel is excellent, the historical importance of the building and the design of the hotel, the hygiene, the room, the comfort of the bed and pillows, the efficiency of the maids. we didn't have breakfast and dinner at the hotel (so many tapas bars and tavernas as well as Mercado de Miguel nearby 😄) so we can't rate that

Access to the VP Biloba Spa is exclusively reserved for adults. Children aged 12 and over can enter when accompanied by an adult. The spa entrance fee is 10 EUR, although it is free when booking a suite, junior suite, or presidential suite. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed and linens were very comfortable. It is close to the Gran Via, a metro stop and many buses. The staff were kind and always helpful.

Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá - The Leading Hotels of the World offers 2 restaurants serving Spanish cuisine and wines. There is also a bar and a tea corner. We did not have much time but for the little time we were there, we were treated amazingly. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was neat and clean, very well located. The concierge was super helpful and the restaurant food we tried was top notch.

The pool area was a highlight — beautifully kept and perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. Breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.
