Situated on the 6th floor, the hotel’s SPA has a sun terrace with spectacular views of the city and harbor. It includes a sauna, steam bath. The concept to reduce carbon footprint. The grab and go along with complimentary selection of drinks is a great idea and made the hotel buzz in the afternoon. I had an excellent massage from Anabel and didn't need to book in advance, popped in on the off chance. Breakfast options are also excellent 👌. We had an issue with the TV which was dealt with very quickly. If this a representation of the Artium group we would certainly look for them again in other locations.

The Audax’s spa has 3 indoor pools, contrast showers and saunas. The hotel also has a free gym and the spa carries an extra cost. You can book relaxing massages, beauty treatments or outdoor activities led by personal trainers. How close it was to Cala.Galdana

Breakfast is also top notch. The hotel itself is perfectly located just outside Ciutadella (10 min taxi, we never paid more than €10), and right beside a beautiful beach

With staff speaking English, Spanish and French, information is available at the reception. We loved the hotel, our room was super stylish and had a bathtub - even though it was a standard room! Dinner was really good, can recommend the restaurant. Overall calmness was amazing. One hint for the others: if you decide to go to the nearest cala - use a good pair of sneakers, we went wearing flip-flops - and it was a bad idea!

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Classy, elegant, stylish, every corner is a picture for the magazine. Concierge Ignacio helped me every day with the activities which met exactly my needs, therefore every day was a pure joy! I also really appreciate Luca with the attention and my best time in the country club, which is also a gem for those who want to get away from from the town (I tried kayaking and that was superb). And I liked a lot that Maite the GM approached all guests every morning during the breakfast to ask for their feedback. I have never seen this before and I wish all GMs did that, as this is the only way to really know your guest and learn how to improve.
