The Donaine is set in the most incredible chateau and grounds. It is renovated to the highest of standards with a contemporary feel. Every single detail is perfect. The room was large more like a suite in the chateau itself with the most spectacular view of the lake. The bedding and pillows are so incredibly soft and the staff cater to your every whim. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We always stay in 5 star hotels, this holiday trip we visited 3 different hotels. But only this hotel can be called truly 5 star, the other more like 3 or 4 as every detail is perfect.

Hotel François Premier se nahaja v elegantni stavbi iz 19. stoletja v mestu Cognac, 1,1 km od železniške postaje Cognac. Ponuja notranji bazen in wellness center s turško kopeljo. Yes, it does have location, location, location, but it doesn’t rest on that. The building is magnificent, and the rooms are excellent. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. Also, the attached cocktail / Cognac bar is not to be missed, you’d visit there just for the perfect Cognac experience regardless of whether you are staying there or not.

Nastanitev G7 Loft SPA & Terrasse centre Angouleme se nahaja v mestu Angoulême in nudi vrt, teraso, brezplačen WiFi ter razgled na vrt. One of the best experiences! I loved the apartment, the little terrace, the spa bath, the furnishings, the entrance hall and so on. The location is perfect for the town centre and easy to get to the restaurant area on foot. Parking is also easy and very possibly just outside or nearby the apartment building. I'll definitely be back when I've finished travelling.

The property is set on a large private plot which was totally fenced in giving us peace of mind for our dog to explore. The outside space is well maintained with a lovely variety of trees/plants with seating areas near the house and in the pool (not heated) area, all set in very quiet surroundings just outside Lesterps. Thierry was a good communicator and has furnished the property to a high standard from the bathroom and kitchen fittings to the comfortable mattresses and bedding. The property was very clean and was obviously cared for. The goats are friendly especially when giving them treats! Confolens is a pretty town 15mins drive and Limoges 45mins. All members of our party of eight would be happy to visit again.

Nastanitev 1854 Chassors je v mestu Chassors, 40 km od znamenitosti Železniška postaja Saintes ter 39 km od znamenitosti Abbaye aux Dames, in nudi brezplačen WiFi, vrt s sezonskim zunanjim bazenom,... The property was just what we needed. Can I give it more than 5 stars? The two gîtes were very well appointed and the grounds were just as described and the daily croissants and baguettes were an amazing touch. (Including an extra touch of searching out gluten free options) Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating with daily recommendations on activities, dining, and adventures. Always available when needed, but allowing privacy otherwise. Would 100% recommend 1854 Chassors if you need a private get away for yourself or a small group of friends.

Charming, very helpful and accommodating host, easy car access, parking available next to the ground floor room. Good wifi. In a separate building a large kitchen dining room was available to prepare drinks and simple meals if required. Very Good breakfast.
