An elegant, historically-rich venue with welcoming, knowledgeable staff, that I would visit again very happily. We were a few weeks early for the pool but our children happily played Monopoly in the games study, whilst we finished off a delicious breakfast that felt like the closest thing we ate on holiday, to home-cooked food.

Situated within walking distance of the medieval centre of Vannes, the hotel is decorated in an Asian-style setting with exotic woodwork and a Japanese garden. It features a private spa and you can participate in yoga or meditation classes. So nice in spite of proximity to station. Very friendly helpful staff, all women. Lovely Asian style decor. Decent breakfast.

The kitchen - really well equipped - entertaining area and garden areas are just what we hoped for. Very clean linen and bedrooms, as were the en-suite facilities. Some hosts leave minimal toilet paper and clear out the cupboards between guests but not Anne-Sophie and Fabrice. Plenty of toilet paper, salt, pepper and spices etc. The hosts were really welcoming and super responsive, we would definitely go back.
