Located on the famous Boulevard La Croisette in Cannes, Hôtel Martinez - in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt is a 5-star hotel featuring a private beach, which is accessible for an extra charge. Exceptional breakfast. relaxation area of spa is lovely but pool was freezing cold althought reception told us that its warm and its is used at this time. The pool is outside and all the beds and tables were covered so it was clearly not a pool to swim in January.

We had an amazing stay! The little cabin was just for us, with a super comfortable bed, beautiful views, and waking up there felt like a dream. The breakfast was very complete and prepared with so much care, and every day it was different, offering a nice variety. The attention and hospitality were unbeatable, truly a 10 out of 10 experience. It was a real pleasure, and we would definitely come back. We were also able to park easily, and they kindly let us plug in our hybrid car to charge.

Very clean, great deck with loungers and chairs with spectacular views from the roof. Lovely to have drinks up there.Near Menton Garavan train station. Allowed us to visit Monaco and Italy easily. Note there are 2 train station in Menton and Menton Garvan, it is about 3 minutes from Menton Garvan. Very enjoyable relaxing stay. Well equipped kitchen we did not use.
