Great location and leisure facilities. Caravan was modern with plenty of room and comfortable.

Breakfast was great. Food was delicious and staff were amazing - had the perfect balance of friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely atmosphere.

Yoga classes and fitness classes are provided at the fitness room in house. Activities such as skiing, cycling, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. An indoor play area is also available for guests at the campground. The room was more than generous in size. Comfortable and warm on a cold spring weekend. You can order a cooked breakfast and there is a good variety of fresh fruit, cheese, breads and cereals to choose from. Our highlight was use of the adult only spa facilities. The wellness suite with a variety of saunas and steam rooms is worth a visit. And the swimming pool was great for the family.
Lovely room with sea view and enjoyed a relaxing night away. Nice breakfast and good gym and spa facilities.
The bedroom was beautifully decorated, very spacious and had a great view of the sea. Great attention to detail, complimentary water, robes provided, coffee machine and lovely fluffy towels. The breakfast was delicious and all the communal areas had equally amazing views and beautiful decor. The spa is an added bonus, great facilities and the outdoor hot tub is lovely whatever the weather or time of day. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The outdoor jacuzzi area was great. Also loved the sauna and steam rooms. The views from the hotel to the sea were amazing. Great location, can walk along beach and the centre of North Berwick is only 10 min walk away. The wi-fi was really good for such a grand old building. The main foyer was nice and there was a really good relaxed vibe about the place. I didn't get a chance to visit the Bass Rock Bar but it looked really nice and inviting.
photos don’t do this hotel justice, absolutely beautiful location, stylish interior with plenty of seating areas with amazing views to enjoy food and drinks. which were also top class. staff were all friendly and helpful. Spa is also amazing, hot tub extends outside, absolute luxury.
The exceptional service from the staff. In particular from the Reception to the restaurant and breakfast and bar staff. The room was spacious and so comfortable as was the lounge areas, and the outside garden areas offered a great place just to relax.
Rooms were gorgeous and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (111 & 112). Every staff member we encountered during our stay was helpful, polite snd friendly. The food in both the bar and restaurant were delicious with plenty of choice and everything cooked to perfection. The breakfast was plentiful and nourishing for the day ahead. The spa treatments were relaxing & delightful and the spa facilities were calming.
