This is a hidden gem in Heraklion. The rooms are excellent and customer care is exceptional. I look forward to staying there again.

Mimari yapısı,herhangi bir ihtiyaç halinde çalışanların ilgisi ve yardımcı olmaları,konumu merkeze, markete, tapınağa ve plaja yürüme mesafesinde olması, havuzu temiz ve büyüklüğü uygundu. Otelin çevresi de temizdi, gürültüsüz ve rahattı. Köpek kabul etmeleri çok güzeldi.

This has been our 7th time in Crete but the first time in Rethymno and in this Hotel. Nautilux has been a really pleasant surprise: the team is always helpfull and nice, the sea is magic and the private beach really well manteined, the 2 pools are amazing and if you choose a room on the main floor you will have direct access to a private warm water minipool. The Spa and its hot pool is well managed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious even at the end of the season. You can reach the nice Rethymno Ancien center walking 20 minutes on the "lungomare". We will come back. Thanks to the team for the nice stay .

Everything was nice. We’re delighted with staff, pools, bars and last but not least with the FOOD. It was amazing experience to be there to spend our holidays at Elissa. We’re sure that this is not the last time to be there. Staff was amazing there are always there if you need something. Beach are amazing private and not loud, pools are so clean there’s always someone who cleaning the pools and around.

Location is very central. Walking distance to everything. The staff are fabulous. Helpful engaging friendly. The restaurant is beyond superb. Tours are readily organised on request. Beautiful patio on roof top.
