Krásný, moderní, čistý resort. Neskutečné snídaně, jedny z nejlepších, co jsem na světě měl - obrovský výběr (fresch juice, vajíčka, sladké..), kvalitní suroviny. Restaurace na oběd a večeři rovněž velmi kvalitní, velký výběr a velmi chutné, lehce vyšší ceny, ale odpovídá kvalitě. Co ale dělá tento resort skutečným zážitkem je personál. Zde by mělo probíhat školení hotelových manažerů z celého světa. Hosté se tu cítí naprosto úžasně, přístup zaměstnanců je fantastický. Resort má krásnou pláž, kyvadlová doprava každou hodinu.

The hotel itself looks great with a perfect pool next with nice views of the lovely garden which lies between their villa’s. The rooms and villa’s are very stylish and there’s a lot of attention to detail but it’s the personel who take the price. Everyone is just so nice and they will help you when & where they can. Melly, Virgo, Kerta & Dodi are doing a great job at the check-in while Risma stole my heart at the restaurant :). 10/10

From the moment we arrived at Kanvaz Hotel Seminyak, I knew we were in for something special. This was, hands down, the best hotel experience I've ever had in my life. Every little detail exceeded expectations, and the service was absolutely unmatched. We had come from a south East Asia trip in 2 countries and 4 cities -Thailand and Philippines but Kanvaz was legit the best. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were greeted with warm smiles by the potter.He asked us our names in such a chilled way.The made us feel instantly welcomed and at home. Everyone really showed concern that we looked really tired.All the hotels we had been to were not allowing early check in and those that allow,Charge.I think it’s the culture in South East Asia.This really shocked us because where we come from if you come early as long as you communicate and there is an available room you are allowed to check in.Imagine the shock when all the 5 hotels we had been to were charging us so when we got to Kanvaz their main concern was us…They really made us feel at home and the guy at the reception made so many calls to ensure we check in and rest.. The check-in process was smooth, and the care they showed us was the highlight of our trip. The ambiance of the hotel is nothing short of stunning – modern, elegant, and with a touch of Balinese charm that made us feel the essence of the island from the very beginning. Our room was pure luxury. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we woke up feeling rested. All the rooms had a view of the pool and Oh,The hotel is just beautiful. But What really made this stay stand out was the exceptional service. It was Consistent…From EVERYONE.From the porter,To the front office guys,cleaners,waiters,Supervisors every single person we met was genuinely going above and beyond.

After a smooth transfer, we were welcomed and impressed by the magnificent pendopo-style lobby with its soaring tiered roof, its intricate carvings, beautiful labradorite stone floors and the soothing ocean view. The hotel staff from reception, lobby, pool side and restaurants were genuinely warm and engaging. They noticed and acted on little details, making sure we are served promptly and comfortable. We hardly have to approach them for anything as they would have thought of it first! Their service definitely elevated our stay experience. The room was very comfortable and well kept. My child loved the water slides and the chance to play a little football by the beach. Breakfast was simply scrumptious with a good variety of offering that changed daily, i love what they offered for their Powerful Indonesia campaign and sampling the Jamu drinks. Afternoon tea at the lounge with the live piano and lovely singing was most relaxing. Their sweet and savoury spread were delectable and finely crafted. The beads bracelet making session at Asha was fun for me and my son. Special shout out to Yuna from Reef restaurant who spoke to us so caringly and we could feel her sense of pride to work at Apurva Kempinski and being Balinese.
