The staff were phenomenal—warm, classy, and so attentive. They welcomed us with drinks and a sweet cake, then surprised us with rose petals in our room. When I asked for an iron, they wouldn’t let me lift a finger and pressed our clothes themselves! The room was gorgeous, the food amazing, and the vibe perfect. Unique and amazing experience in a building from colonial times full of history and art pieces. It was a lot of fun to get lost in the labyrinth of all the floors and discover many exhibition rooms. Every room is different and has its own theme. The rooms are very good and high quality with AC, comfortable bed and nice showers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Communication with them was very quick, either at the reception or through WhatsApp. We recommend taking the offered tour, they will show you the whole location and give you a lot of background information about the history and art connected to this place. I definitely recommend this place and will gladly come back the next time I visit Jakarta.

Best ever decision to stay here. i am a chef and travel for food and i loved the food at the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.
