Sweet and friendly staff - especially Nauval, Hafiz, and Dwi, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and service-minded. We chatted with them quite a bit and received helpful advice and guidance for the rest of our trip around Lombok, which was truly invaluable. We had just been travelling around Australia and were quite tired, and even though we only stayed for two days, this place allowed us to fully recharge. We left feeling refreshed and ready to continue our journey with renewed energy.

All the other guys from the staff, Adam, D….were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Their attentiveness and genuine care elevated our experience, ensuring every moment was enjoyable. We highly recommend Pinkcoco Hotel for a memorable and delightful getaway. Rooms are perfectly clean, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast, pizza, pasta….everything was delicious.

Beach House Resort can assist with the laundry and luggage storage or the arrangement of tours or water activities. In-room massages are also possible. This is my 2nd stay in Beach House. Breakfast was good. The locations, staffs and pool facing the ocean is the best! Ardana was very friendly and Febri is accomodating well to our request. Definetely will come back again.

We liked everything - the venue, the spa, food was good and most importantly the service, super friendly and caring (reception, at the restaurant, cleaners, gardeners etc.). All the details are really thought through out. This resort is a perfect place for relaxation and we would come back anytime.
