Grand Hatika Hotel se nachází v destinaci Tanjung Pandan v regionu Pulau Belitung. Jen 200 metrů odtud je Pláž Tanjung Pendam Beach. The staff always were ultra respectful and friendly. Was asked many times if there was anything more they could do to make my stay better. I asked if they could provide butter for for breakfast, then every morning for the rest of the stay a knob of butter was brought to my breakfast table without prompting. A small thing in itself but a perfect example of the attention to detail the staff portrayed.
