The property was exceptional in terms of it location, atmposphere, and sense of spaciousness. The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

We definitely loved our stay at the Aurika Coorg hotel! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!

The Tamara Coorg is a 5-star property about 8 km from Nalkanad Palace and Thadiandamol. Clean and well maintained. Good facilities.

Perched 4000 feet above sea level on a peaceful hillside is Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa Coorg. The property is spectacular. The staff are incredible in their delivery of service and hospitality. The food is excellent too.

Located on the cool green hills of Coorg, this plantation resort boasts 4 dining options, an outdoor infinity pool and an ayurvedic spa. It also houses a gym and a children’s activity centre. An exceptionally well run property where the General Manager, Mr Paul, has honed a superb guest experience. Among the best that I have come across worldwide.

Machaan Wilderness Lodge Nagarahole se nachází v destinaci Srimangala a poskytuje zahradu, nekuřácké ubytování a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Jen 25 km odtud je Thirunelly chrám. The staff was incredibly hospitable and kind. Thank you especially Panish & Gowtham, for making our stay memorable! They made you feel most welcome and did everything to improve the stay. For example; we arrived just after the pool closed down, but they re-opened it just for us. They made a bonfire, just for us. We got a lunch on the day we were leaving even though technically that was not included. Very kind and attentive people. The Lodge itself was beautiful, very nice views (see picture), lots of wildlife and birds. Among many birds, we saw the gliding squirrel and the gliding dragon lizard. They staff (of which they had a few wildlife experts!) offered two different walks; one in the evening and one during the day. The food the lodge offered was amazing. The rooms spacious and clean. We also went on a safari in the nature park nearby, where we spotted lots of the local wildlife.

Set in Somvārpet, Ayatana Coorg features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, garden, and free WiFi. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The highlight is the waterfall and the zipline in the property and the breakfast spread is amazing

Beautiful property, well maintained. Loved the plantation walk that was provided. The spread for breakfast was good.
