Everything, the hotel and ALL the staff are polite, attentive, the service was simply superb. The Management team should be congratulated for running an absolutely amazing hotel. It was simply the best hotel we stayed in, in India, the breakfast was amazing, the attention to detail in the rooms was amazing and the pool staff couldn’t do enough for you. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice and the food was just superb. We arrived very tired at 5-45am on our first day, the staff told us to sit down and they would come over to us and arrange check-in. They provided us with changing facilities and then we had breakfast before going out for our morning tour of old Delhi. Nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our last few days in India so memorable.

The Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi is the best you can imagine, in every way, the hotel's maintenance, cleanliness, location, the people with kind eyes, the quality of the food and the presentation, everything is at a very high level with an emphasis on the finest details. We were privileged to meet and talk to Mr. Punit, the manager of the breakfast restaurant, who made our experience in India unique. We tasted diverse and unique Indian dishes every day and according to his choice. Every morning we experienced a different style of breakfast, southern, northern, etc. We felt that his explanations were very interesting. After three nights in the hotel, we continued to Jaipur for another three nights at the Taj Hotel, which Mr. Punit recommended to us. I would like to praise the lady who works as a concierge for taking great care of our trip to the city, and for us to see Delhi and its sites in the order of their locations, which was very helpful. And especially for her concern that we arrive safely to Jaipur when she mediated between us and our taxi driver who did not speak English. Thank you very much for everything you did for us, we look forward to returning soon 🙏
