At Gateway Goa, Palolem guests are welcome to take advantage of a spa centre. Obviously it is a new hotel, but everything was great! Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. Facilities amazing and they offer a shuttle to 3 beaches which was so nice and their pool facilities were great!

A delightful little hotel located within a tropical garden, the restaurant (from breakfast to dinner)  right on the beach, feet in the sand -holiday feel PUR. Very attentive staff.  In particular, Narendra spoilt us, while Alwyn did a great cleaning job. Yoga classes are offered on a deck with calming views over the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our days and are planning to return, hoping to find this new hotel in the same pristine condition.

The staff is exceptional, the rooms are luxurious and the pool is out of this world!! The breakfast buffet which is overseen by chef Ghazzi is outstanding and super fresh daily!!

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The massage at the spa was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The hotel was clean and maintained high standards of hygiene. Additionally, the facilities were excellent and the accessibility features in the room were very useful and thoughtfully designed for the guests. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely want to come back!

Will definitely book more nights in the future. The food in the restaurant was great, and I loved the breakfast! 100% clean, beautiful surroundings. I had a 1.5h massage during the first day and almost three h the second, amazing.
