The staff were all amazing - very professional but also kind and polite. They always made sure to cater to all our needs. Whenever we pressed the 'red button' in the room we received (soon after) what we were asking for (e.g. the bed pillow of our choice) and room service was also excellent and value for money. The room was clean and well-stocked with everything that someone can ask for during their stay, including fresh bottles of water every day. The spa treatment we received was also excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Coorg Wilderness Resort & Spa in Madikeri has 5-star accommodation with a fitness centre and a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi. I have stayed in various hotels and resorts including Taj, Radisson, swissotel, intercontinental to name a few. But Coorg wilderness resort outshines all of it. The word excellent is insufficient to describe the resort. The best highlights are the location, food including dinner and breakfast. Also to note the staff are highly trained, kind and the best I have come across so far. I have to agree Paul John resorts have maintained excellent quality in all aspects.
