Nicest hotel that I have stayed at in India. Beautiful common areas in the hotel, great restaurants and fantastic view from the room. Room was large, and very thoughtful design. Very happy with my choice, and was also able to spend a nice day relaxing by the pool!

The 5-star Trident Chennai features an outdoor pool, pampering spa treatments and 24-hour room service. The hotel is located near Chennai airport and is 12 km from the railway station. The hotel is an oasis next to the airport, huge property with lots of nature. The staff is SO nice everywhere

The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

I loved the location, the building is beautiful and the view of the mountains and hills of munnar from it is breathtaking. The staff is always helpful and greets you with a smile. They offer plenty of outdoor activities that I enjoyed, and an infinity pool that shows an amazing view. The room is also super clean and comfortable. Overall, I think Le Montfort Resort is a great place to feel at peace during your vacation, it allows to properly take a break from your everyday life and the staff do their best to make it a stress free stay (and they succeed in it!). Highly recommended :)

Comfortable rooms, pool and gym open long hours, good breakfasts, and Tiga restaurant on top. I had to extend my stay for a few days and the hotel was very helpful. Service level is outstanding, special thanks to Anil and Prithvi who took care of my room

International quality hotel, beautiful contemporary design, large rooms with unbeatable views, good restaurant. This place would be perfectly at home in Switzerland. Westerners seeking a touch of home comfort would love it.
