I stayed in the panoramic room overlooking Hussain Sagar. Fantastic. Was able to get a Cappuccino even at 3 AM. The staff were very courteous . Breakfast was exceptional. Special kudos to Sanjana at the breakfast table. She was happy to help me despite my numerous nagging requests at the table :). Gym was neat and clean . The pool was outstanding ! Would stay here if I were to visit Hyderabad again.

From break fast to supper we were served non spicy food and the service was excellent. Location was very good too. Ch. PURENDER and Ganesh GANGONI form a super team. All the serving team is very good. Thanks n congratulations to the front and duty managers who do everything to make guests happy. Human ressource is really at high level.
