We had an amazing experience at 36 palms . The king size sea view room was amazing with an ocean view . The food at the restaurant also tasted really good . The service overall was top notch . Special shout out to Shegil who took really good care of us. We had an amazing stay and will visit again for sure. Thank you for the amazing experience .

Cherai Beach Residency se nachází v Koči. Volný K dispozici je Wi-Fi. Parkování na místě je zdarma. Pokoje mají kabelovou TV s plochou obrazovkou a klimatizaci. Ubytování bylo úžasné, přes cestu k moři, s osvěžující bazénem. Majitele byli schopni zařídit cokoliv, dokonce i Ayurvedskou masáž. Celková spokojenost.

Petit Elephant se nachází u moře v destinaci Cherai Beach. Pláž Cherai Beach se nachází 900 metrů daleko a Cochin Shipyard 31 km. Very regal and comfortable room. Wonderful large pool. Staff were friendly, especially the young man working there. The place is in a quiet location in walking distance from Cherai Beach. The issues I faced were in terms of lack of transparency. For instance there was a kettle in the room but no teabags. When I was asked I was told 'foreigners' bring their own and sent to a shop down the road to buy a drink. I was also expected to pay commission on top of my total price which I refused to. A tuk tuk was booked (which I gave money for) and on arrival at my location he said the money had not been passed on. There's lots of potential here but my sense was that the hotel is not run with guests needs in mind.

The manager and staff were incredibly attentive and looked after us all so well — nothing was ever too much trouble. The property is right on Cherai Beach, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea views. There are also plenty of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay in Cherai!

The view from the balcony is just on another level. Ok one thing I must say about this property,during my 2 days stay here in cherai the food they offered in their menu is just top notch,,oh my god what a mouth watering food,trust me I never had such a delicious kerla thali within so affordable rates.brilliant. Must try the food in their restaurant. I would Love to visit kerla and especially this restaurant again.
