Guests at the hotel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Fleres, like skiing and cycling. i liked the room size, cleanness, breakfast was so various and delicious, the spa... all all was super amazing especially the receptionist Claudia she is so friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.

The staff is very responsive and gave us lots of directions to nice restaurants and nice places to visit. Special thanks to the hotel host Marianna, who welcomed us very warmly and made my father's 60th birthday celebration even better!!If I come to this area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it, the place is wonderful.

A really beautiful spa hotel in the alps of south Tirol, awesome restaurant and the pools are really cool. They even decorated the table in the restaurant specially for my birthday.

The hotel is made up of 2 separate buildings. Reception and the restaurant are set in the main building, while rooms and the sauna are in the annex. A public ski bus stops just 500 metres from the hotel. Perfect service in all ways. Great room, superb restaurant. Thank you for great time
