They made us feel overwhelmingly comfortable since we got to the train station in Como. They picked us up in their private transportation, and from that point on, we felt like we were in a dream. The boat ride through the lake was like out of a movie. The couples massage was also great! The experience in their restaurant ROTEO was beyond what we could have ever expected. The food was exquisite! The service and the attention to detail presented by the MUSA Team is second to none. Our stay was delightful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which set a wonderful tone for our visit. The rooms and the entire property were impeccably clean and well maintained. The hotel staff, particularly the reception team, were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist us — even helping us organize a lovely bike tour around the lake. One of the highlights of our stay was the private Turkish bath in our room — it was absolutely exceptional and such a unique experience that it will be hard to go back to a regular room after this.
