Amazing hotel, beautiful & elegant design in every single detail, very clean and refined room, delicious breakfast, very helpful & kind staff! The room was beautiful and we also had a wonderful private terrace! The staff was very kind, they wrote a welcome card in our language which we found in our room upon check in. Thank you! Really enjoyed it!

Featuring a wellness centre with various swimming pools, a hot tub, and a sauna, Hotel Salus Terme - Adults Only is just outside the centre of Viterbo. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Staff was very friendly. Very generous spa use policy. Complimentary refreshments in fridge was a nice treat. We booked this last minute as we were passing through, we didn’t know what to expect. We felt really lucky that we happened upon this place. Would definitely return.

From the front desk staff, breakfast staff and cleaners are amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff was remarkable and they made our 5 night stay really wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond with our hotel experience as they know that we are celebrating some special event, they have ensured that we felt really welcome. Hotel service exceptional and I can say they have exceeded the service of a of a 5 star hotel. Kudos to all the staff! Breakfast was 5/5 - Allesandro and all the breakfast staff were very welcoming. The food selection was massive and they were delicious. Hotel room 5/5 - the amenities in the room was very good, the room even comes with a bidet! Good night sleep 4.5/5 - the bed was comfortable but could do a softer pillow in my preference. You can set the temperature of the room according to your preference heat or cool. We went on winter but not the outside temp for me is not to cold so I have our room in cool. Note: a lot of hotels in Europe disables cool/ac during winter even its not cold. So Im really happy with the hotel allowing me to set my own temperature. Cleanliness 5/5 - room service is done daily and every-time we come back our room is already remade. They even put under our bed that they have checked and cleaned it which i think was hilarious. Good job! Will definitely be my preferred hotel when im in Rome.

This hotel was a last-minute booking for us, and it really exceeded expectations in every way. Great location. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived and helped us with all of our questions, including some recommendations for dinner in Rome that evening. They also upgraded our room, which was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

New hotel with quality interior. Soundproof rooms, great beds, good breakfast. Staff is super nice. Quiet location. About 15 minutes from the center by cab. Highly recommended!

Our room was very comfortable and the bed was unexpectedly soft ( there was a mattress topper ) . We slept really well !! I was unreasonably excited to find an iron and ironing board in the kitchen .. a lot of places don’t provide one . Kevin was easy to contact and very helpful

Everything about the property was amazing very clean and tidy. The host Angelo was very professional and informative.
