The restaurant, with its jaw-dropping views, served fresh and delicious food that tantalized our taste buds. Our waiter, Philippo, provided impeccable service, making us feel right at home. The dinner was magical, with the food, the view, and the service coming together to create an unforgettable experience. The staff, fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wellness centre boasts a Turkish bath, sauna and sensory shower, but also a relaxation area with herbal teas. Massages and beauty treatments are bookable on request. The breakfast was very good and the property although out of the city offered transportation whenever it was needed. The staff, which was mostly family, where friendly and very helpful.

It beat all my expectations. Now I understand why the reviews are so good! Everything is so thoughtfully done. Firstly, the shuttle is a great bonus to be picked up at the station promptly and driven a short distance to the beautiful quaint/remote location of Villanova, surrounded by greenery! The views were stunning. Then to be warmly greeted by the staff, who were beyond friendly/kind and very informative. There is even a golf buggy which dropped us off to the doorstep of our room. The room is traditional, very clean and the bed was spacious and so comfy! There is so much on offer, massages/local tours(olive oil tasting/cooking classes/yoga)/we rented e-bikes for the day to take us to the centre of town, which was a lot of fun! Also, the pool facilities are incredible, clean, tranquil and so relaxing. The photos don’t do this beautiful place justice. Then the breakfast was perfect, everything local, huge selection and lovely outdoor seating area. As you can tell, I couldn’t recommend it more and we absolutely loved our stay there! The wellness centre is complete with a sauna and a relaxation area. Massages are also available. Everything was great! The location on the map seems tricky but it is a false impression! It is a 10 minute walk from the (quite charming) town and even less to the station. Besides the shuttle service is fantastic (we only used twice - on arrival and departure because of the luggage and it was seamless). I loved the room - properly big, with a comfortable bed nice bathroom and the garden with a table and chairs. Breakfast was lovely - everything that you need with very helpful and friendly staff. And the swimming pool is a strong asset too. I would return happily

The highlight was definitely the spectacular view — waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Irene was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always helpful their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast was rich, varied, and of excellent quality, served on a terrace with a postcard-perfect view. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a truly charming experience in Porto Venere. I would return without hesitation!
