The dinner was magical, with the food, the view, and the service coming together to create an unforgettable experience. The staff, fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wellness centre is complete with a sauna and a relaxation area. Massages are also available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The bathroom was a good size, though the shower was a bit small. Breakfast was average, but the staff went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant and bar are highly recommended, especially after exploring Cinque Terre. The location is truly magnificent, with the train station easily accessible by the hotel’s shuttle, and the hotel facilities are excellent for relaxing. Special mention goes to Frankie at the reception desk—his knowledge of the area, proactive attitude, and natural warmth made a lasting impression.

We were met at the train after a long trip from Australia, Breakfast was all we could ask for. Veronica was a great host - restaurant bookings. Sunset boat cruises, transfers to the train etc etc. Nothin was too much trouble. A relaxing spa, steam room ,sauna. - more than we expected and made our stay.

It’s beautiful and serine. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very friendly, starting from Giancarlo the owner, to the breakfast ladies and Giovanna the shuttle driver. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!
