The location is great...5 minutes walk from the Ufizi Museum, Duomu at 8 minutes walk, dozens of great restaurants at walk distance.... The staff was really thoughtful and even had a portuguese speaking person at the hotel reception. The room was incredible, spacious and with free amenities (apart from alcohol).

Parking is availiable onsite and hotel is located just otside the ZTL, so we had no problems with that. The room wasn't spacious, but it was quiet and comfy. The medieval centre is a 5-minute walk away from Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA. A very charming villa, we received a spacious room, with a lovely bathroom there's a beautiful small breakfast room with good breakfast and a very good coffee. A walking distance from the heart of Lucca. Great experience.

Nice breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. I strongly recommend anyone who would like to visit Florence to stay here!

A fully equipped fitness area, an indoor boutique Spa, a seasonal outdoor plunge pool, bar and a fully equipped meeting room are also available. We really liked this hotel. It was clean and our room had a big terrace. The breakfast was very very good with different options. The spa and pool was good. Also we enjoyed the conversation with very friendly staff. And we were happy and surprised to see they had a finnish bidet in addition to the common one. The food in restaurant was also recommended. We enjoyed our stay.
