The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Where could I start, we happened to book Nikis by chance as it had a great view and a pool. We really lucked out! The team were super accommodating, arranging anything we needed. The food was exceptional and the view was spectacular! Comfy beds, great wine, great people and dog friendly too! We were so impressed with the whole experience we have now decided to hold our wedding at Nikis next year!

The room was very clean. Bed comfortable-breakfast wonderful with many different options, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the hotel of Assisi.

The pictures do not do this fantastic accommodation justice. So well catered and so many thoughtful gestures from the hosts. The home smells and looks amazing from the minute you walk in. So clean, beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are well provisioned, such lovely amenities in the kitchen. If I could give this 20/10 I would!!

My stay at Forma Your Boutique Suite was absolutely perfect. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and all the small details were extremely well thought. Cristina was an incredible host: warm, attentive, and kind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of the stunning historic town, full of charm and character. It’s peaceful, authentic, and the perfect place to experience the local atmosphere.

Quality and variety of options at breakfast was great and the lunch menu and food was wonderful. We did not have dinner at the hotel. Spa was great and the team in the spa is helpful and informative.
