Nice, spacious, comfortable and clean room. Mineral water complimentary was unexpectedly a good surprise. The small details in the room make sure to ensure a relaxing comfortable night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is warm in winter. I loved it.
The room spacious with all necessary amenities. There is private hot bath inside the room, very clean and nicely equipped. The restaurant is right next to the hotel with a private access for hotel guests. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast are very carefully prepared and delicious! Last but not least, the hotel is really close to the entering point and the visitor center of Bishamonuma Pond. The owner might look cool but he’s actually very friendly. Thank you so much for the souvenir!!
Easy walk from the train station and into the main city. If you don't care about space or a modern room you can save money and stay here. Breakfast was basic and hygienic.
The rooms were more spacious than other business hotels that we’ve stayed in. The breakfast was really good to start the day. Rooms were clean and aircon was awesome. Free parking was so convenient
The staff were fantastic and extremely kind. They made sure I got dinner on the public holiday day by driving me to the supermarket and dropped me off at the station. Breakfast was delicious both days. The room was really nice and cozy and it was easy to relax. Loved the hot spring bath. Perfect place for a relaxation holiday.
Lovely hotel in the onsen town, close to Aizuwakamatsu city. The hotel was kept very clean, with hand sanitiser in every public area and temperature checks at the entrance. The onsen we experienced was lovely. There are two onsens for hotel guests to try. The breakfast was also very nice. Buffet style with lots of Japanese and Western choices available. Guests are asked to wear masks and gloves when getting food from the buffet. Our room was incredibly spacious and the futons were comfy.
