Every member of the team was kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the first moment. I would like to highlight one person in particular—her name was Abe Moka. She attended us during a private dinner and again at breakfast the next day. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were extraordinary. She anticipated every need, explained the dishes beautifully, and created a calm and joyful atmosphere. She was, without doubt, the best of the best. Sansuiso Spa is incredibly fortunate to have her on the team. Her service elevated our entire stay, and I sincerely believe she deserves recognition—perhaps even a salary raise—for the outstanding hospitality she offers to guests. Highly recommended. We hope to return soon.

Located in Ashinomaki Onsen, 渓谷美の宿川音 provides some air-conditioned rooms with private open-air hot spring bath. The Hotel has everything you need and more. The staff is really friendly and they really try explain you everything even if they don't speak a lot English. But with translation app, communication was no problem. You can also book Shihatsu-Massages directly at the hotel at a fair price which was extremely relaxing. In combination with the several Onsens, the Marimine constitutes a perfect base to explore the greater Aizu area. Note that having a car avaliable is helpful to get around as buses don't run too frequently.

Urabandai Lake Resort ligger i nationalparken Bandai-asahi, vid sjöarna Hibara och Goshikinuma. Här erbjuds boende med gratis WiFi i Kitashibara. The location is very convenient if you want to go to Goshiki no Mori, in front of the hotel you already can see the Mt Bandai! The dinner and breakfast is also very nice. The onsen is very big and comfortable.
