Every member of the team was kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the first moment. I would like to highlight one person in particular—her name was Abe Moka. She attended us during a private dinner and again at breakfast the next day. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were extraordinary. She anticipated every need, explained the dishes beautifully, and created a calm and joyful atmosphere. She was, without doubt, the best of the best. Sansuiso Spa is incredibly fortunate to have her on the team. Her service elevated our entire stay, and I sincerely believe she deserves recognition—perhaps even a salary raise—for the outstanding hospitality she offers to guests. Highly recommended. We hope to return soon.

Located in Ashinomaki Onsen, 渓谷美の宿川音 provides air-conditioned rooms with private open-air hot spring bath. The hotel staff was super helpful, the baths were amazing and the Japanese style room was very spacious and well decorated. We booked option with breakfast, which was very good, especially the local products. I would highly recommend this hotel to people wanting to relax near nature
