River Retreat Garaku offers luxurious modern rooms and suites for a peaceful getaway on Jinzu River. Food: The Japanese style breakfast and French dinner were both exquisite. Room: Fabulous view of the river from the room. Clean, cosy and you can find many little things that show the thought put into the design. For example, there is a small sliding window between the bedroom and the bathroom that you can open and close. Spa: The experience was so pampering and relaxing, I fell into deep sleep and woke up feeling incredibly refreshed.

Absolutely amazing hotel, good food and great onsen. They will bus you to and from the hotel at no extra cost. Great stay before taking the tateyama alpine route. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Ideally located just a 1-minute walk from Uozu Station, this hotel features spacious public baths, complimentary coffee services and free-use internet PCs at the business centre. The rooms, staff, breakfast and onset were great. Great sushi and seafood restaurants within walking distance.

Overall, it is a wonderland for all tourists.

The attention was good as well. This Location in particular has an Onsen type of bath on the second floor, which sounds amazing, sadly I couldn't try it this one time, but it was one of the reasons I booked it in the first place. I had an amazing view from my window. Note that you'll hear the train and the announcement of the station, I'm very sensitive to noise, but this didn't make me uncomfortable in the slightest being on the 10th Floor. I would recommend this APA hotel!
