The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and I always received a personalized experience from both hosts. I would highly recommend this property to any friends and potential travelers.

Ancient Gardens Villa poskytuje zahradu, terasu a sdílenou kuchyň. Královská botanická zahrada Peradeniya je 18 km odtud. Well I don’t know where to start. I could write a book about this place. We were in love from the minute we checked in, the family made us feel so welcome. Our room was huge lovely quirky little pond in the room with a few fish. The bathroom was really really stunning made out of all recycled rocks and the room was immaculately clean. Little pool to cool down at the end of the day, amazing breakfast. We had a cooking class which was offered by Gayashan and we also had a barbecue with the family which included music. This family quickly became a part of our family. They couldn’t do enough for us. I miss the children they are so lovely, also not forgetting Bruno, kitty and their cockerel. We booked Gayashan for the rest of our tour of Sri Lanka (15 days) and what an amazing guy he is. He’s friendly, he’s funny, he has an amazing sense of humour, he goes above and beyond to make your stay Just perfect. I cannot wait to come back. This is the first time to Sri Lanka and it will certainly not be the last. ❤️❤️❤️ I waited until I was back in the UK to do my review and let’s just say I miss you so much my brother from another mother. The bond between Gayashan and my husband will last a lifetime.

Rosyth Estate is a wonderful little hotel in the middle of nowhere. The team was extremely welcoming and did go above and beyond, even though we only stayed there for one night. Special kudos to the best chicken curry we had ever!

Everything is well organised. I recommend Rocksana Fortress in 100%!!!

Na uvítanou jsme dostali papájový fresh. Dobrá lokalita pokud chcete navštívit Elephant freedom project který je cca 10 minut pěšky. Krásná zahrada, kde jsou rostliny snad z celého světa. Pán se nás ujal a celou zahradou nás provedl, popsal co je jaká rostlina a jaké má léčivé využití (se všemi produkty tam má obchůdek), pak nám připravil čaj a na závěr jsme měli i skvělou masáž.
