The staff were incredible, especially Mr Soe Moe who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a beautiful breakfast to eat every morning as I have allergies that prevent me from eating at the breakfast buffet (which my friends said was amazing!) We got massages and rented an e-bike through them as well, which were great. I can’t recommend this property enough!! The view from the roof is beautiful.

The Hotel Nova offers a buffet or continental breakfast. Only needed an overnight stay in Mandalay. The hotel staff was attentive. They also helped me with a tuk tuk ride across town for dinner & a personal private transfer to Bagan with the hotel manager & a driver - which was extremely helpful especially during this time with many foreigner restrictions. The breakfast was abundant, served with several local dishes. Roof top & its view was a bonus. Had a double corner view of the city from my 9th floor room which was clean, comfortable & safe. Sufficient for one night for all my needs!
