We enjoyed a fantastic two night stay here - staff were extremely courteous and professional. Easy and secure parking and a large comfortable room with good wifi. We also enjoyed the pool area and several of the restaurants.

Great shower with hot water, comfortable bed, clean and modern space. There was a coffee maker, sink and small fridge in the kitchen area. I really enjoyed going in the pool and sitting in the garden. It's located right next to La Escalera Ancha and is a short walk to the zocalo.

The service was superb, the best I've experienced. The room was perfect and all other facilities excellent. I stayed there for two nights around my wedding and the hotel accommodated all our needs
