We were only here for one night and were very sorry not to be here for longer as we loved Puebla and the hotel. Rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, the communal areas, including pool and outdoor courtyard were wonderful. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the whole place was spotless and lovingly taken care of by the staff.

The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!
