Guests can request for massage service and also rent a car to explore the island. ALL Staff were courteous , always greets guests consistently. They even go out of their way to ask if you need assistance or how was your stay. You can borrow plates and utensils and reheat food you have ordered with them. Minibar supply provided is free, the only time you need to pay is when already consumed the initially provided. ( 3 cans of fruit juices, 2 cans of beer, 2 peanut kisses). Water is free althroughout. Very calm and relaxing place. Perfect for those who wanted to unwind and wanted a quiet place to stay. Food was ok. Amenties were good. There are activities that will make your stay enjoyable. NVR transfers and tour partner is great. They were welcoming and very polite during our tour. Our room has a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean. Overall its the best hotel we have stayed in even compared to other 5 star hotels in Manila and resort Cebu hotels we have tried.

The location was incredibly peaceful, right on the beach, with the soothing sound of waves providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. We could snorkel and swim with turtles just steps from our door, which was truly magical. The staff were unbelievably friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed – almost like part of the family. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured an excellent bed for a great night's sleep. Initially, we planned to stay for three nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and unforgettable experiences! I was extremely satisfied with the breakfast at this hotel! There was a great selection, catering to both Western and Filipino tastes. The Western breakfast included a variety of bread, crispy bacon, perfectly cooked eggs, fresh fruit, and a choice of coffee or tea – everything was delicious and well-prepared. For those looking for a more local experience, there was also the option of a Filipino breakfast, offering authentic flavors and a taste of the culture. The variety and quality made for a wonderful start to the day.

The rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a wardrobe. Everything! This was our favourite hotel during our 7 weeks of travel in South East Asia. We had an amazing time, the staff was incredible, very caring and attentive, the views were out of this world and the food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The owner is a lovely warm person, we learnt a lot about the place from him. Oh and let's not forget the snorkelling - unforgettable. We couldn't recommend this hotel more.
