Due to our exceptional location in the heart of Krakow, the facility has a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel (prior reservation is required) and a quarded parking lot 300 meters from the facility. The hotel is very nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. The location is great, staff was very helpful and friendly. I like the pictures of Krakow on the walls. We really liked the soap, shampoo and lotion - couldn't find it anywhere in the shops. Breakfast is awesome. Anyone can choose whatever they like.

My recent stay here exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome I received. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my dog and I were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. In fact, they even provided a snack and a bowl for my furry companion, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Guests at the accommodation use the gym or relax in the spa and wellness centre including an indoor pool, a sauna and a hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 5-star hotel. I love the whole thing about the place, excellent staff too. I will definitely come again.

Despite signs everywhere some guests still uses the sauna in swimsuits, not only in towels, but this is not the hotel´s fault, the guests should change this behavior. - Booked this hotel already many times for a business trip and can only recommend
