We didn’t go to the gym but would have if we would have brought the right clothing. The staff were so nice. It was a bit pricey but worth it!

Beautiful architecture, rooms are quite spacious, very nice breakfast, excellent location, just in the city centre. I liked that there are not too many rooms, so you have a privacy.

Due to our exceptional location in the heart of Krakow, the facility has a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel (prior reservation is required) and a quarded parking lot 300 meters from the facility. Close proximity to the old town, railway station Grzegórzki. Comfortable room with a DeLonghi coffee machine, coffee pods and ground coffee. Also a microwave and hot plate. Lovely spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was PLN 60 and was fabulous, a good range of products.

Excellent staff, from reception to bell hop. They helped us arrange a ride from Krakow to Warsaw since all train tickets were sold out for Taylor Swift concert. It was done quickly, the night before, the pick up arrived on time dressed smartly in a very clean MBenz van. Also very patient staff as my friend took time to choose a room! They showed her 4 rooms before she decided. That was very nice of them.
