The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the concierge who provided excellent suggestions. The hotel is ideally located - a short walk to the Old Town. And I cannot say enough about the fitness room. I have been in a lot of hotels and I have never seen such a fantastic gym as this one. Spacious and with all of the latest equipment. A real treat for the workout enthusiast.

The room was also equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, making our stay even more comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel was its location. It was just a few minutes walk from the main square in the old town, which made exploring more convenient. The hotel was surrounded by a plethora of shops, restaurants, and cafes, giving us plenty of options to choose from. Overall, our stay at this 5-star hotel in Krakow was outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the room was lovely, and the location was excellent. The tasteful European decor added to the luxurious experience. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.

Ventus Rosa Boutique Aparthotel is situated in the Old Town of Kraków, close to Lost Souls Alley, St. Mary's Basilica and St. Florian's Gate. The location was great, just a short walk to the old town area and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

PURO Kraków Kazimierz is set in vibrant district of Kraków and provides a fitness centre and a terrace. You can rent a bike free of charge (when weather conditions are good). Hotel was super clean and comfortable. We got our room five hours before check in time, that was a great surprise! The staff was excellent, so helpful and friendly. Bikes were available for free. Breakfast was very good and there was many options. We had a great time there!
