We’ve been to Warszawa many times and this by far has been the best accommodation we’ve ever had. Staff are lovely Palina and both Jacobs(overnight team) were lovely, patient and very helpful. Rooms are well designed, environmentally friendly and extremely clean. The entire hotel is designed and decorated beautifully and on top of everything, it is located in the heart of the Centrum. You will hardly need any transportation as everything is a few minutes away on foot.

The staff organised a driver to the airport for me, he went above & beyond to get me there on time, despite the President of Ukraine springing a surprise visit that morning which caused traffic. A perfect place to rest and relax before heading back on a 15 000km journey.
